Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
The product must be returned in unused condition, along with original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products damaged due to improper usage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Customized or specially manufactured products, unless defective.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage after use.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with order details, invoice copy, and images/videos of the issue.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
In case of a defective or damaged product, we offer replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
Replacement will be dispatched after the returned product is received and verified.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
